We were proud and honoured to be named 'BTR Developer of the Year' in this week's RESI Awards.

HUB has achieved so much in the last year with acquisitions, forward funding deals, planning permissions, progress on site, and an increased focus on sustainable retrofit, in locations across the UK

We see BTR as an important catalyst for regeneration in areas that have historically seen underinvestment, and helping to deliver social value

Last year, we completed Abbey Place, a 72% affordable, 245-home development in Abbey Wood. And we have just started on site with our Yardhouse project which we’re delivering in partnership with Women's Pioneer Housing and City Developments to provide 60 affordable homes alongside co-living and public realm in West London.

We are currently consulting the community at Pines Way, Bath on a significant regeneration site in for a BTR-led development, and this year we have already completed over 800 new BTR homes - 429 at One Maidenhead for Get Living and 463 in Leeds for Uncle Living.

So we’re really proud that all the hard work is paying off - thanks to the team at Property Week for this endorsement and well done to all the other worthy winners, and the finalists we were up against - it was stiff competition!
