Elizabeth Line end to end

Great connectivity is the hallmark of a Hub project, and we've been busy at both ends of the new Elizabeth Line!

Our Abbey Place scheme delivers 245 new mixed-tenure homes across two buildings, to a site within spitting distance of Abbey Wood station. The buildings are linked by a shared residents' garden which sits above retail and a new public square at the ground-level. The homes have exceptional insulation and will be an affordable way to buy or rent good quality housing in this area of South East London.

Abbey Place is delivered in collaboration with social impact fund Bridges Fund Management and CBRE. Completion is anticipated early 2023.

Right at the other end of the new Elizabeth Line is The Landing, a large site in the centre of Maidenhead. This project will deliver 429 homes to rent, set around a new public garden square, with retail and offices, and is just moments from the station.

The Landing is delivered in collaboration with the socially-conscious Norwegian family business Smedvig and Get Living. The scheme is on site with first phase completions anticipated in 2024.
