Architects’ Journal First Look at Wembley Link phase 1, a project designed by Maccreanor Lavington which we developed in partnership with Bridges Fund Management and completed during lockdown.

This landmark building of 239 BTR apartments is now fully occupied, and operated by Uncle. The scheme delivered substantial public realm, with a square featuring seating and planting, and a new community centre.

The project helped to revitalise this strategic site in the heart of Wembley Central which was previously closed off to the community.

We're currently on site with Wembley Link phase 2, due to complete later this year, providing a further two blocks of homes and additional public realm and planting.
