Our first scheme in Edinburgh takes shape
We’re planning a mixed-use scheme for the 1.25 acre site, one of the largest pieces of land in a single ownership in the Canonmills area. Plans include build-to-rent homes, affordable studio space, and public realm.
This deal continues our expansion into key cities across the UK. We will carry out a public consultation to help shape plans for the scheme, which the company hopes to complete in 2025.
