Hoola London is striking from the outside – and it’s also a great place for people to live. 360 individually designed apartments come in various sizes and their design is just as considered, with floor-to-ceiling windows, sliding glass walls and full-width private balconies.

The towers are heated using an innovative energy supply from ExCeL as part of a low-carbon, district energy scheme.

Project highlights

London’s Royal Docks is an area on the cusp of change and major regeneration, and Hoola is a gateway into the neighbourhood. We delivered outstanding design on a hard-to-access site, and created new homes for a sustainable way of life
