Latitude Blue

Latitude Blue is our second phase at the previous site of Doncaster Monkbridge Iron and Steelworks, a mixed-tenure housing scheme in a canalside location.  There will be new public realm and retail, and the scheme will eventually link to the city centre via the 'Holbeck Viaduct Project'.

Introducing HubCap, our low-carbon urban living venture

HubCap is a wholly owned subsidiary of HUB, set up to deliver low-carbon urban living projects in key UK cities, with a focus on retrofit. HubCap’s first projects are emerging models such as aparthotels and co-living. Carbon budgets will be kept low by prioritising the re-use of existing buildings, as well as optimising operational carbon savings.
