Latitude Blue

Latitude Blue is our second phase at the previous site of Doncaster Monkbridge Iron and Steelworks, a mixed-tenure housing scheme in a canalside location. There will be new public realm and retail, and the scheme will eventually link to the city centre via the 'Holbeck Viaduct Project'.

Trehus gets unanimous planning approval

We have received planning approval from the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead for a six-storey timber office building in Maidenhead town centre. Developed in partnership with Norwegian family-owned investor Smedvig, Trehus will provide over 6,000sqm of office space as part of the wider mixed-use One Maidenhead scheme.
