Latitude Blue

Latitude Blue is our second phase at the previous site of Doncaster Monkbridge Iron and Steelworks, a mixed-tenure housing scheme in a canalside location.  There will be new public realm and retail, and the scheme will eventually link to the city centre via the 'Holbeck Viaduct Project'.

Key facts

Brings the total Latitude development up to 951 homes

Mixed tenure

Designed by Carey Jones Chapman Tolcher

Funded by Bridges Fund Management

Planning granted

Impact

The development will open up the site further to the public realm by improving pedestrian and cycle routes into the city centre, and will include hundreds of new homes for the neighbourhood.
