30-32 Ludgate Hill is a heritage building in central London just moments from St Paul's Cathedral. Originally a bank, it has more recently been used as small offices. Working with purpose-driven architectural studio Holland Harvey we are developing low impact proposals to give this building a new lease of life as short-stay accommodation.
