Material Store

Material Store is part of The Old Vinyl Factory, a 17-acre site in Hayes. We delivered two buildings here. The Material Store includes 189 apartments, 26 of which are triplex, with residents’ parking and a communal garden. The Old Vinyl Factory has grown to become a vibrant neighbourhood of homes, restaurants, shops, cafes and bars.

Impact

The Old Vinyl Factory is one of the largest regeneration projects in West London, benefiting from the planned Crossrail connection at Hayes and Harlington. Material Store makes up almost a third of the total homes being built here.

Project highlight

Material Store also featured public realm known as 'The Groove' which includes a bouldering wall, shopping and cafes.
