Thistle St is a quiet street within the Edinburgh world heritage site. Our plans are to convert an under-utilised, listed office building to provide high quality and low carbon apart hotel rooms. Latitude Blue
Latitude Blue is our second phase at the previous site of Doncaster Monkbridge Iron and Steelworks, a mixed-tenure housing scheme in a canalside location. There will be new public realm and retail, and the scheme will eventually link to the city centre via the 'Holbeck Viaduct Project'.

Water St, Leith

This historic whiskey bond within the Leith conservation area is in a fabulous location near the waterfront and tram stop. Our plan is to repurpose the building, which is currently used as a warehouse and workshop, transforming it to low carbon accommodation. Proposals include a roof extension and new landscaping, improving the streetscape and giving this corner of Leith a sensitive facelift.
