Project overview

Once the site of a steam heating plant, this part of The Boiler House’s history lives on in Studio Egret West’s design with its nod to the tapering shape of factory chimneys. This modern development is engineered to be low-carbon, first during its construction, and now as 54 ‘green’ homes.
