Wembley Link Phase 1

This strategic site in the heart of Wembley Central was previously closed off to the community. We worked with architects Maccreanor Lavington and social impact investment fund manager Bridges Fund Management to turn this into a living and inviting place, with 239 rental apartments and ground floor space returned to the public realm.

Key facts

239 apartments to rent

Two buildings, 26 and 21 storeys

New public square and community centre

Designed by Maccreanor Lavington

Completed April 2020

Operated by UNCLE

Impact

The site has been transformed, with 68 apartments available at discount market rent, and a new public square and community centre, and it’s now a significant and valuable neighbourhood asset.

Project highlight

The whole of the ground floor area has been opened up for public realm, community use and retail.
